Me, I'm a potential organ donor...as long as no one needs a liver...mine might not be in the best shape.

And, sorry, friend, but my kidneys probably aren't very good either...due to the multitude of infections I've had.

your love is all i need my friend.

  • I have it indicated on my license that I would like my organs donated but as AC said I am not sure anyone would want my liver  I have also told my family to donate my organs because I do believe your family can fight your wishes which seems a bit crazy to me.

I wish I could donate blood but I have a bit of low iron so I can't but I do appreciate those that do because I once needed it and my mum has needed it more times than I care to count so thank you to those that do :)

    i am.
i always have my donor card in my wallet. :)

i also convinced my mother and one sister to do the same.
i don't think my husband ever filled his out/got witnesses...:o hmmm....

    I am.

My dad was, too. There's a man living somewhere in suburban Chicago who can see because of my dad's choice. :)

    beautiful!
    :)
    Stay with me...
    Let's just breathe...

I am myself like you somehow

I need one hot female to donate her good looking body parts... for an experimental exam.

Everything will be done in the name of science, of course. ;)

anyone here that is waiting for a transplant?

(no i'm not trying to sell your organs on the black market.. just curious ;) )
    You trying this again?
The night we spent in that hotel room was wonderful until I woke up in the bathtub filled with ice and you and my kidney were gone.
When you requested the room next to the ice machine at check-in that should have tipped me off.

I used to be both a blood donor, and an anticipated organ donor. However, since I had cancer, I am out of the running for either. Bummer. On both counts.

I think it's a great thing to do--you are going to need them! :)
I still want you all to "take care"--I am just damn tired of typing it.

I'm an organ donor. I can't give blood due to a minor latex allergy - or so they tell me.

Yes, I have the PINK dot on my license.

I am also on the list for bone marrow. I was close to giving once--had to take a ton of blood tests but then someone else matched better!!!
So I'll just lie down and wait for the dream

P.S it makes me really happy to see so many of you are! I have learned a huuuuge amount since meeting my fiance. everything from dialysis to transplants to nephrologists. but one of the best moments, was being in the transplant ward and looking into the rooms of all the people who got a second chance out of life! they were given something back. i think most people go through their lives and never realize just how different it could be.
