OK People I need your help! DC VA MD PA area folks

Ok so I have a new man in my life :) Things are going great, and I am planning a weekend (probably one night) away for his birthday in a few weeks.

He was a professional chef, so he knows his stuff when it comes to restaurants...basically I am looking for a nice weekend away for a new couple that both live with other people....so max on the romance, although just having privacy will be good :)

Anyone have any unique ideas?
