This thing is just loaded with uncomfortable moments and irony. It's awful if you are a vegetarian or an animal lover (but the bad stuff is blurred out). Other than that...the MSNBC subtitles are hilarious and Palin says all kinds of wacky stuff while there is turkey carnage behind her. She appears oblivious. She really needs a publicist or something.

My husband watched this last night on the news and was laughing so hard, I thought he was going to need an asthma inhaler. He would take a breath and say "this is so terrible, this is awful" and then laugh again. Not at the turkey, because that's just wrong, but at Palin.

I watched it and I don't think it was a big deal. I love eating turkey. It was festive, given the holiday.

I imagine the whole thing went down like this:
news producer: "hey Sarah, why don't you stand over here by these trees. that would be a pretty backdrop."
Palin: "nope. how about we stand over here. where they are killing turkeys. be sure to get that over my shoulder there too, that'd be great also."0 -
It reminded me of a strange german arthouse film. Weird.<a href="http://www.last.fm/user/Krisdababe/?chartstyle=Krisdababe"><img src="http://imagegen.last.fm/Krisdababe/recenttracks/Krisdababe.gif" border="0" /></a>
"To is a preposition.
Come is a verb"0 -
