this movie I put off seeing forever figured it would suck, the previews looked lame and all the reviews seemed to make it out as some huge controversial movie. I finally saw it today and I must say it was actually quite good. Yes a little Hollywood, but a lot of action and a ton of suspense. Yes it is insanely graphic, but it is a Mel Gibson flick so what do you expect?

If you like action/fighting, blood, and good suspense it is worth the rent/view

    I concur, great movie
I just don't trust anything that bleeds for five days and doesn't die.

I enjoyed it. I think a lot of people are put off by subtitles but if it's a good movie I don't care.
These cuts are leaving creases. Trace the scars to fit the pieces, to tell the story, you don't need to say a word.

Yeah it was funny. My kids (17,15, 13 and 10) and I rented it and we didn't know about the subtitles. So, it goes on and we all look at each other, like, "oh, shit. we gotta read this movie??" and then we get to watch it and I was amazed how good it was. It was very graffic and violent but it was really good.

Only part I remember was the chopping heads off.
Once in a while you can get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right.
