Anyone know how to rip a DVD

I don't think this is illegal, but if it is sorry.

I got a new Ipod Touch and want to put on my Live at the Garden DVD. I was able to find ripping software and figured it out pretty well (I put 2 seasons of the Office on it using my DVDs). My problem is that I only have room for like 5-6 songs from the MSG dvd, and the software I have can only rip the whole thing (143 minutes). Does anyone know how I could make my DVD so I can rip just 4-5 songs and put it on to my Ipod?

    i think the songs are broken into chapters. but i'm not sure of what software does that

    i use the ImToo dvd to ipod converter. you can break just certain chapters.

    it isnt free though. but i'm sending you a pm.
