    I'm pretty sure that at some point they will close the old pit so I didn't see point in hanging around...I guess I'm just one of the few people who actually like the new one

    I love this new place. I like the look and feel. I love having the Pit on the same page with the same look and feel as the main page. The old board had a disconnected feel from pearljam.com. I like how this is all interconnected.

    i'm surprised that people didn't bookmark it directly but it seems like a lot of people do it that way

    i don't have it bookmarked so I put in pearljam.com each time - but it doesn't give me a link for 'forums' when i do that now. someone posted the link above though so i will use that and bookmark it - thanks.

    Haha, I agree with you. Some threads were transferred, others weren't, some seem to be updated, others aren't. I feel like an idiot sometimes posting in the same thread on both boards, but what else is there to do? I'm reading some don't even know the pit still exists. Then, someone made a post about pms and will they be transferred, so I spent all night printing saved ones that I didn't want to lose. It's all good and new and different and fun. Never a dull moment for sure. :)
