pleasurable shopping experience

i hate grocery shopping...
but tonight something odd happened....It was fun!
they had all my favorite things fresh made:)
potato pancakes, pierogies, and even cheese curds (they NEVER have these):)
they were even playing good music, ben harper, jack johnson, even the SHINS:) wow what a nice evening!
now i'm cooking up a feast with a beer:)


***i forgot to mention that the cashier talked to me for a while about how much she liked my tattoo:)

I shop at Publix and the last time I was there, they played Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews Band and Beck. It made me happy

there's this place near my work that makes these potato puffs, come with a dipping sauce that changes all the time. once it was a sundried tomato cream dip....it was orgasm in a bowl. O M G.

i love this thread! potatoes in any form get my vote.

in fact, my bf just made chicken, veggies and homemade mashed taters for dinner. you guys should've seen my plate: half of it was potatoes! he was all "uh, would like more chicken or veggies?" no thanks!
tomorrow morning i'm making potato pancakes from the leftovers.

Yeah but you can't bring a bowl and chow down on some rice krispies, they tend to frown on that.

Sometimes i have a hankering for some chips but I see a new chip that I haven't tried. . . yet I can't tear that bitch open and try it

i've been known to shove my hand in a box of cereal while shopping...though i was buying it. It does stink when u get it home and all your fruit loops are gone! :(

Oh man Fruit Loops are so good.

Well if you're buying then they can't say shit.

It does suck when the chips you were gonna save for later are gone before you get home though so I feel your pain

cereal is so damn good....i think there should be a separate meal just for it (no not breakfast) ....cereal meal! usually late at night:)
