In Italy we eat rice (as in risotto) with butter and Parmesan cheese.

It has to be something light. Also, rice is very good for your stomach if you have diarrhea

  • please don't hate me for suggesting this but i have had WAY too many stomache problems in my life and truely feel for you!
i would say to go with Ramen noodles- maybe not the little packet... just the noodles themselves... it rehydrates, goes down pretty easily & will hopefully get you back on your feet in no time :)

I hope you feel better soon *huggs*

it works....the bread doesn't upset your stomach and the cinnamon makes it taste good....the warm tea seems to coat the stomach as well :)

hope ya feel better...with all you're going through being sick sucks :o:)

Lemon lime soda (like Sprite, Sierra Mist, or Seven Up) over ice in a nice glass, some cut up fruit like melon and straberries, and oatmeal. Avoid dairy. Maybe some broth of some sort. Even miso soup.

i always eat saltine crackers and iced tea when i'm sick.

Mashed potatoes and maybe some toast

thats a good idea-easy on the butter and seasonings

    saltines

    scrambled eggs with no seasoning

chicken or beef broth, with dry wheat toast

miso is also a good idea, perhaps a little extra soft tofu

rice is another good idea-porridge style

cream of wheat with a little maple syrup

A bullseye (toast with egg cooked in the middle) and apple tea. That always gets me back on my feet.
