tpbm ~ uses an ice pack behind their neck when they get migraines to numb the pain

I've tried but nothing seems to work. Just have to suffer through.

tpbm gets no sympathy from anyone when they have a migraine because no one else knows how bad they really hurt.

Yes, I take a med. daily that keeps them at bay. Then I also take something at onset but it makes me feel like a big ole pile of poo. I don't know which is worse. Well, I do....but. I have to weigh my options, if you know what I mean.

tpbm has taken a day off of work because of a migraine before.

I braved it out and got my flu shot. I have to because I've got COPD, which basically means I have chronic bronchitis, but I'm not on oxygen...
