Struggle with that one, I'm not very good at it. Never seem to match things correctly and can't get away with heels.

TPBM thinks it's time I went in and showered as I took the dogs for a lovely run and am quite stinky at the moment.

My friend learnt how to do it, so went to hers had a few drinks and she showed a couple of us how to do it (she had a pole in her bedroom), I was completely hopeless, you have to be so strong to do it.
