    True. You know a shower is a natural ionizer? Negative ions help increase seratonin levels in the brain, which in turn helps alleviate depression/sadness, relieves stress, and gives us an energy boost. It's why we feel "refreshed" near a waterfall, on the beach, or after a rainstorm.

    No, that was yesterday, the cleaning that is. And thanks for explaining why I feel like it's a new day after my shower every nite. Honestly if I could drink something that makes me feel that energised I would!

    True. Have always needed to regroup and refocus. Since I've had PTSD, I find myself needing to hermit a lot more, but I'm working on it.

    I don't spend my time worrying about God. I don't know if there is one, or many, or none. That's my problem with religion. It's not what you believe in or why, but why devote your life arguing over what comes after when there is no way of knowing for certain? All I know is I'm alive and, if this is my only shot, I'm gonna have some fun while I am. There is beauty all around us!

    False - it's like an arbitrary snooze option I give myself. And it means I haven't slept through the alarm! Just coming out of an insomnia spout - it feels good to wake up at a normal time without prompting.
