    False. Boots. I have never lost the need for a good pair of boots in case you get in some shit. I go with sandals in the office a lot of days when I feel like a hippie.

    True. Pulled a really long day yesterday at work when a problem blew and now back 10 hours later for a 6:30am meeting.

    tpbm sneaks off to take a nap at work sometimes.

    False. Kids take bus to school and I never know how long I will be at work so I cant ride share. I hate being stuck waiting on someone else on a short day and couldn't ask someone to stay when I live here at times.

    tpbm has to be on call for work?

    False. Job ebbs and flows. Its in a flow and work gets to start to come home again. Last summer I was working 14 hour days (10 there, 4 here once everyone went to sleep) and that gets to start in a week again. When it is flowing though I spend all day trying to make my coworkers laugh as I have almost no work to do so it is worth it. As you can tell I really enjoy making myself laugh and getting paid for it is a plus. I am happy.

    tpbm makes themselves laugh daily.

    Yes, although it can be extremely stressful.

    Tpbm has trouble taking time off work due to the amount of work that piles up in his/her absence.

    False. We really try hard to cover as much as we can for each other. Its a European company and those guys go on long sabbaticals. We don't go for 6 weeks at a time but 3 is more than ok. We have all worked on all the various teams on different projects so the developers barely notice when we switch off for a little while. My issue is not wanting anyone to change anything of mine.

    tpbm will take a multi week vacation this year.
