Non stop in 5 hours. I am awesome.

That is all.
Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

    I am now thoroughly cleansed, stuffed full of barb-q chicken,. slightly sunburnt , enjoying my fourth beer now and feeling remarkably resilient. :D

    ahh nothing like fresh air and hard work.....

    i did 11 cubic yards of soil in 4 hours 23 minutes on my Nintendo Wii Fit...

    i didnt even get fucking dirty.
