I go to a really nice gym. Super clean with like granite counters in the bathrooms and crap. I go there A LOT. Like too much if there is such a thing. Recently there has been this woman...she looks to be in her 50's and...

Every time i see this woman at the gym all she appears to be doing is showering and grooming herself!

Countdown to gross... 3...2...1... the other day...where she always changes which is at temp locker right next to my yearly rental locker....I found a douche box. Recently there is always grooming stuff... or like dirty "stuff" (used tissues etc...) around this spot.

I swear I have never even seen her on the gym floor.

I really think she just pays her $50/month so she would have someplace nice to get ready for work every day (and douche?!?!)

And oh... of course she always walks around all naked and shit.

Yep, I went the same way! No waiting for equipment, no having to brave the hideous sights in the changing rooms, no expensive memberships...

Yesterday this guy had a towel on the floor in the change room using it like a door mat and also to catch all the dead skin from scrubbing his feet for like 10 minutes rigorously with a pumice stone. Honestly...some things are best left for home. The same guy then blow dried his entire body with a hair dryer top to bottom afterwards... groin area...armpits ....everything...it's all so remarkably bizarre.

what do i find weirder??....

some guy at a health club drying off his nutsack after taking a shower???

or the fact that YOU were checking him out the whole time he was drying off his nutsack.....and then YOU decided to come here and share the experience that you had watching this guy dry off his nutsack????

You shouldn't judge everyone by your own standards! Noticing somebody's odd behaviour is not the same as staring at them doing it!

well given that he drinks protein shakes and energy drinks WHILE he is working out, it would make sense that he has to burp and fart the whole time. he is a gross, old, short man with a porn star mustache. he could be a character on a tv show. nips manless.

And at my facility, I'm not kidding, we had an AMISH guy (probably 30 or so) stumble into our facility today. He was looking for the bus station which is around the other side of the mall where my center is. My clients told him where it was as they were coming in to class, but he wasn't leaving (I teach aerobics) - he was just standing there as I was calling out the moves, so I had to tell the class to keep going, hop off the stage, throw on my hoodie, and escort him out! It was the wildest thing ever. When I came back in the whole class burst out laughing.

maybe it's because i don't work out at a gym, but seriously, who the fuck shaves there? why wouldn't you shave in the morning before you leave the house for work or whatnot? that seems so fucking strange to me.
