I got one of those bags at the first Camden show. It doesn't seem very sturdy. If you're really wanting to get reusable bags for grocery shopping I suggest buying other better made bags that will hold up better.

and this is probably why they are not selling them to you...
    I miss you hippiemom.

what were you expecting for 5 bucks? quality? ;)
  • they gave them away for free with a poster purchase at Roo- and that's about what they are worth- for free. Very cheap bags

That is a great idea, however, I would suggest PJ/10C find a supplier that can provide a heavy duty cotton/hemp bag that they can use/screen a design on. I picked one of those bags at the hartford gig and it is not made of a very durable material over the long term.

    For your consideration 10C.

Also give it a flat bottom so you can actually put groceries in there. Unless you are doing some light shopping, you really will need 15 of them. Cool idea, though.

I bought two of them at VA Beach and they really are to small to put anything in. They are not like the ones I have for my groceries, they don't have the flat bottom.

Does anyone have a picture of these bags? I'm interested to see them.

I think they would be a great idea. I'd buy a couple

A kind 10C member bought a couple of these bags and sold them to me for cost.

I've used one of them DAILY to tote books, folders, papers, etc. to work (I am a teacher). It has held up beautifully despite frequent abuse.

Maybe I just got lucky, but I love the bags!

They are way too small for groceries. I always get this WTF look from the baggers.

  • Maybe they could make a Pearl Jam shopping cart.

If I knew where it was I would take you there. There's much more than this
  • I love those bags! I bought like 10 of them. I use them as purses. I wouldn't drag them behind the car or anything, but they are sturdy enough for small things.
