My GF and I are going to Europe at the end of next week visiting Amsterdam, Brussels and London over a two week period. Any tips on places we should eat or see or things we should do would be appreciated.

the edinburgh festival is on til the 25th which is the biggest arts festival in the world with amazing music, top comedians, theatre, dance....whatever you are in to
fly from london to edinburgh for £30
Thanks I've read about the Edinburgh Festival and it sounds amazing!
go to Bruges instead, only 30 mins away on the train
I wave to all my Friends... Yeah!
London Walks have some great walking tours that let you get quite a bit in while not being cooped up in buses etc. Also, the Big Bus tour is helpful if you do the hop on/hop off thing, great way to get around and hit the main sights. If you like chocolate, hit the chocolate bar in Harrods.
Check the Trip Advisor London Forum - really helpful people, I got a lot of good advice there.
So no one catches you?
Check out Bourbon St. Blues Bar in Amsterdam, very close to Leidseplein, place was rocking to the coolest r'n'r salsa group when i was there last April.
Also the sex muesem in the Dam is def worth a visit imo - cheap to get in too.
Never been in Brussels , but ive heard its very boring too
I liked going to the tate museum in london a lot if you are into art.
There are all sorts of sites like Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and stuff to check out in London.
If you can make it to Camden Town the market is cool.
In Amsterdam you have the Van Gogh Musuem and the Rijks Musuem that have graet art.
There is also the Heiniken Factory that you can take a tour of and they let you sampler their product afterwards We had a BLAST doing this.
also in Amsterdam there is the Ann Frank House... Kind of depends on if you want to see that kind of thing.....
The red light district is fun to stroll through just to say you saw it. Also if you smoke pot obviously there are some cool coffee shops there.
I never went to Brussells so i'm not sure about them.
It has been 10 years since I've been to these places but i'm sure you all will have a blast!

I really don't like Leicester Square ... but if you are there I would take the two minute walk to Covent Garden ... nicer area, bars shops etc and still street performers. Although both are VERY busy.
Tate Modern is great even if you are not into modern art I would walk into the Turbine Hall as that's a great space and they give it to one artist every six months to turn into an exhibit ... and while you are there I would walk across the Millennium Bridge that links it to St Paul's Cathedral.
If you want to go to the theatre for great theatre ... rather than musicals etc and probably a little cheaper look at The National Theate ... they sell tickets on the day and it contains three theates so you have some choice. Puts on classics and new works ... or maybe The Globe Theatre ... where you can be a 'groundling' which is very cheap (£5/$10). Even if you don't want to go to the theatre if you are walking along the South Bank the NT is a good place to stop as it has a cafe with seating outside right on the river. You will often see kids skateboarding and practicing parkour around here as well.
