    okaaay....you're a lady :D
But, why would you not respect Charlie or Linus? because they don't roll up to you with their chest puffed out and their nose in the air ?
Because what they do have is a tremendous sense of the vulnerability that is found deep inside every person, just they haven't got a wall of ego to hide it behind.
They are not losers dude, they are real representations....scratch beneath the surface of the perfect hair and pressed shirts before you make your mind up about a fella :)
    I came, I saw, I concurred.....

You'd be baking him pies and kissing his furrowed brow, ya big softie.
Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away

I wouldn't make up my mind about a real person this way, but I know from reading Charlie Brown for years that Charlie is supposed to always lose.

That's what the cartoonist did to him, and in real life I truly think that would be a problem to live with. That's all I'm saying.

Love Charlie Brown! Peanuts Christmas is my fav Christmas music.
believe it or not, we don't "need" anything. that is only the spoiled brat in us trying to fill some temporary solution to an emptyness that does not exist.

aww, I'm sure you wouldn't. But I'm just saying there's a bit of Charlie in all men...and if there isn't then he's either gay, a politician, a nazi, a gay politician or a complete dick :D
I like that show Scrubs, not seen too many yet but anyways the charachter Dr Cox...what a prick, a complete god complex. Then in tonights episode a georgous auburn haired, mature med student turns up at the hospital, and BAM!!!!! He's Charlie Brown ! He can't help it, he can't control it....it just shows the sweeter side, a vulnerable side that really is inside most guys...that's what the writer (Shultz or something wasn't it? ) was trying to put across. I think :o

I love Peanuts. The comics are my favorite, but the Christmas and Halloween specials are awesome too.
There's just something about Charlie Brown that everybody can identify with. Or at least me. :D

I watched this, it was great.

I love the Snoop and Woodstock scenes where they were setting up the chairs and tables.

  • ive been buying the peanuts book collections when they come out. charlie brown is awesome. my peanuts shirt count is 2nd only to my pj shirts, i think. i didnt think the thanksgiving special was all that great. x-mas and valentines are the best ones, but even those kinda loss some of the magic of the comics.
