    Just made some homemade mojo, marinating some pollo asada, roasting some peppers, and my girlfriend is finishing a batch of fresh lime margaritas.

    It's nigh on 2am here in Wales, I can hear the rain...and I'm supping beer from Spain :) and it's all cool :cool:
