Anyone (especially school photographers) know what this is called?

You know those boards used in class pictures that list the school, teacher, year, etc.? I need to get my hands on one, as well as the letters that are used on them, but since I can't remember what they're called, I'm having trouble finding them from photography suppliers. Here's a picture since I know I'm not being clear:
