i'm looking forward to it. for some reason, i've always enjoyed the coen brothers' more under the radar films over their critically acclaimed ones. i'll take the big lebowski and intolerable cruelty over barton fink, fargo, and oh brother where art thou. not that they're bad movies (well barton fink didn't make a lick of sense, despite phenomenal acting), i just enjoy them less than when they relax a bit and go totally goofy.and like that... he's gone.0

I saw it. Huge Coen Bros fan. Probably too much so- last weekend I went to a Big Lebowski festival. Little bit over the top.
So Burn After Reading (don't worry, no spoilers) is not Big Lebowski nor is it No Country.. or Fargo. I know I shouldn't compare, but its hard not to.
BUT. It's a good movie & Brad Pitt is really great in it. I forget sometimes that in spite of the whole Brangelina persona, he's really a pretty good actor."If you're looking for someone to pull you out of that ditch, you're out of luck."0 -
