Sorry for my poor grammar in the title of the thread. But isn't that weird? The guy that wrote 100 Places to See Before you Die, he hit his head at home and actually died and he didn't finish his list :(

Another irony was when Jim Fixx died while jogging!!
Where I'm not ugly and you're lookin' at me
I giggled...
I always hated the title/premise of that book (and the fact that it was given to me as a gift) most of the places in the book I would rather die than visit...it is so presumptuous to try to gauge the travel worth of a place...we all have different ideals of what makes a perfect vacation...
The idea that people plan vacations based on some sort of deadline added to the idea of what OTHERS think you should want to experience/see is pretty gnarly to me...and yep I have family that actually have been vacationing based on this book. (sheep)
anyhow...I am not glad he is dead or anything horrible like that...but when I saw the thread, and read the title of the obit...I did, in fact giggle at the irony & I feel ashamed of that response.
Oh, you do not and that's why I like you.

Do you live forever if you write up a 100 things to do before you die book?
Seriously...wtf?
And I don't feel right when you're gone away
awww shucks...
btw it's ironic because he didn't finish his list.
