Hotels in A.C.? -New Year's Eve

I'm going to a concert at the House of Blues and harrah's and all those big chains already have their rooms booked! Guys does anyone know how to get a room or where I can stay in Atlantic City? Acoustic Guy, do you know? Thanks in advance. I could always just stay up all night.

And now I'm kind of weirded about taking a bus :eek:

why? Ive taken the bus to AC..its pretty cool, you get back and forth real quick..not the chinatown bus but from Port Authority

can we CHECK peoples bags from now on??? I find it funny how the drivers always like "no alcohol no drugs or you'll be thrown off "
and Ive gotten high at every bus stop and peole always drink on there

that story got even worse, I saw on AOL. I don't even want to repeat it it's so gross.

They don't check bags on Amtrak either.

I said I wouldn't take that bus b/c it's a $2 bus and it's had safety issues. Those Fung Wah buses are whatever they are called. One of them crashed recently. I am the most non racist person you're ever going to meet so please don't think you know what you are talking about w/o asking me.

and I rode Amtrak last year. Maybe they changed it, but last yr they were not checking bags

Sorry Allie+stick, I totally overreacted to the thread. Misread the context of it.
Been reading on this disturbing event and been going through different emotions on it.
One moment, I’m sad and the next I’m pissed off about what happened.

Don’t know why it’s affecting me like this but I should just stop read about this tragic event.
I think stickboy misread another poster’s text too in the thread about this incident. So I’m sorry and apologize for the overreaction, I misunderstood the texts. i edited my original post, sorry again.

Oh yeah, I took the train into NYC for PJ and they don’t check for anything exact your train ticket. I don’t know why they don’t check them.

Hey, First its fine to take the bus from NY. It is so easy from the Port Authority to the AC Bus Station and many normal people do it as well as freaks. I have done it many times. ( I'm one of the normal people)

As far as hotels, I am gonna find out some info for you and then I will PM you.
Usualy the casinos do have rooms but they reserve them for the night to Card Players. I wil let you know abot the regular hotels that are not dirty.
