Proxy servers e.t.c

So, I'm in China and a lot of sites are banned - BBC news, Youtube, e.t.c. I've used a few proxy servers to get around it, but does anyone know of any good software that I can download which will mean me not having to type url's into a proxy page everytime I want to look at something??

    Just find the name of one of the proxy servers and put it in your IE proxy settings.
