I know this should be in the technical section but nobody ever looks at that boring crap, so I thought I'd post it here and hope I get the answer I need before my post is moved.

I have a new mobile phone - Nokia N95. I want to set up 'bluetooth' on it and connect it to my p.c.
I've got no idea what Bluetooth is, but apparently I need it to be able to do a few things with my phone.

I've looked at some instructions on the net about how to conect my phone but it all looks like gobbledygook to me.
I'm normally pretty good with p.c stuff but I've no fucking clue about this Bluetooth malarky.
Can anyone help??

Do you have a bluetooth adapter in your PC?

You'll need a physical adapter - either a card or USB adapter - in order to to allow your PC to interact with your bluetooth devices. Hardware.

Check start - control panel (XP) and look under 'b' for 'Bluetooth Configuration' or some such thing.

    Try this site Steve.
    http://www.dummies.com/WileyCDA/DummiesArticle/Brushing-Up-on-Bluetooth.id-4634,subcat-OS.html

And no offense meant by the "for dummies" page. It is a common series of books here.
Cause I'm broken when I'm lonesome
And I don't feel right when you're gone away

I've got a usb adapter from my phone to my P.C, but I don't have a 'Bluetooth Adaptor'. I've got Bluetooth on my p.c and on my phone but I can't connect them. So I need to go out and buy a Bluetooth adaptor from somewhere?
