    Go to user CP (upper left hand corner)
    Then hit edit options and scroll all the way down.
    It is the last drag down menu.

    You can change it without going into UserCP. The box of skin options is in the bottom-left corner of every thread page.

    I use Avocado Lite for the record. Besides vB, it's the easiest on the eyes.
