Making a big deal out of everything

I've known people who made such a big deal about nothing that it baffled me to no end.

Why do people do this to themselves?

Well some people are more sensitive to others..and some people are users and scumbags and weed those people out and take advantage of them

    Just an observation.

some people just love the drama and conflict

personally, I don't understand them and why they want the drama/conflict....maybe it's some kind of cry or plea for attention?

    You need to be specific

What do you classify as "making a big deal"?

How about people who manipulate sensitive and vulnerable people and get money from them, is that a big deal?

OH MY GOD! That is TOTALLY how my roommate is!!!!! Completely over-dramatic and if something happens she will be on the phone with LITERALLY dozens of people retelling the same irrelevent story. Drives me insane!

Bingo. And my advice to everyone is to avoid these people at all costs... or, give them something to cry about.

well some people are melodramatic, i will give you that. But I think it bothers people to know they didn't get away with their fucking con jobs.

...but I know who this thread was directed to

oh yeah, exactly again, you can't change them at all, I have tried to reason and point on, and up go the defences about their behaviour

best to avoid getting pulled into their web of conflict and manufactured drama

Slip Kid, it's funny that you posted a thread like this, remember the was one person who used to make a big deal out of her sexual exploits on here. That was interesting..
