Was thinking of getting a new mp3 player.

I'd love to get a new phone too but I can't see myself spending almost 400 bucks on a phone.

Anyone have a iPod Touch? how is it?

Once you get used to it great, the great thing about the iphone is if you need to access the internet its what you're used to with a web browser and all.

my iphone is the best thing by far! It was a birthday present to me but I love it so much. Let me tell you. Having something that can give you directions on the fly from right where you are has saved me many times.

Just be careful. It likes to change words that are misspelled to make you look like a fool ;)

Yes as soon as its available here, I am getting it, our cell phone companies are crap, they need to learn to compete.

I think the iPod touch is too expnsive in comparison with the iPhone.
If I had to choose I'd go for iPhone (although it doesn't work yet here in Belgium...).

Depends on how fat your fingers are....:D That said, I enjoy my Touch...it's a great way to show friends and family your photographic skills, surf the web via wi-fi and listen to some tunes.

kinda sucks when you want something but can not have it, I'm afraid when it becomes available here it will be hard to get.

You are correct. If you google it.. it's there

I was thinking the iPhone.. you basically get a iPod Touch anyway.

How is surfing the net? I mean isn't it tiny?

my good friend has an iphone...

i always ask if i can play with it when he's around....the phone too...

it's cool...i don't care what it does, i will never be able to justify spending that much on a phone (it is a phone first of all)...

although the price has come down and now there is a 16g i believe which is the same price as the 8g when it came out.

    Esther's here and she's sick?

hi Esther, now we are all going to be sick, thanks
  • I'd wait about 2 months if i were you to get an iphone....the 3g iphone is going to be coming out very soon (rumors have been in June timeframe)

True, the price has come down. I want one, but I will wait until I need a new phone. My nano is over 2 years old and still going strong, but I would like a new iPod. So I figure the money I spend on a new phone plus a new iPod would almost be about the same as an iPhone.
