I'm here at stupid oclock at night, unable to stop my mind racing. I'm on a low but I promise I'm a very friendly depressive. PM me. You know you want to. :D

    I HATE not being able to sleep - have been having those issues the last few weeks myself- lots of *stuff* clogging the brain......

    the only time i sleep is on my train coming home from work - and every night i almost miss my stop.

    I am right there with you (as far as the sleep is concerned). One thing I wouldn't recommend is this new product called Tylenol's Simply Sleep. Someone from my office told me to take it so I did last night. Either roofies are now legal and available over the counter, or I accidentally picked up the Marilyn Monroe Strength.

    Not sure what an l.o.c. is, but yes I slept and it knocked me on my ass! I went to bed at 1 a.m. woke up to my late alarm at 8, started to get ready for work and thought I was going to fall in the bathtub while brushing my teeth. I called into work telling them I wasn't sure what time I would be in, went back into bed and slept for another 4 hours!! They claim to have you sleep and awake rested, well I guess once you reach the 11 hour mark that is true, but holy shit!!

    To cutback, these pills are apparently better than the pm's because they don't have a pain reliever nor are they addictive. I don't know though. I think I'll just go back to my shots of Nyquil! ;)

    l.o.c. = loss of conciousness

    I'm alternating between four or five days on three or four hours of 'rest,' i.e. eyes closed but no deep sleep and then days where I cannot haul my ass out of bed for love nor money. I'm seriously considering abusing over the counter meds in order to get some sleep j/k (sort of).

    I would say yes to the loss of consciousness for the first 7 hours of sleep. When I woke up the second time I did feel pretty good. So if you have 10-14 hours to put aside to experiment I would recommend them.

    if i did sleep for 10-14 hours all at once, i would not sleep for a week. lol.

    but, i do thiink i want to give them a shot!!
