Was Bagpuss considered 80's? That was cool.
He man was awful.
I did however just loooove Charlie Brown, Peanuts I think the yankees called it. But whatever,... Chuck was my hero...!
Okay, I still consider 1980 as the 1970s, the same as I consider 2000 the twentieth century, so let's explore my childhood in the '70s up to and including 1980:

oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

 Where did that come from? I don't remember it being that rude!
Apparently, it was a special scene the crew shot just as an inside joke, and it was leaked, or released for some anniversary or something. I found it through my English lecturer, who used it to demonstrate the power of innuendo (to the class, not just to me).:p
Smokey Robinson constantly looks like he's trying to act natural after being accused of farting.
He-Man Scooby-Doo Seasame Street (which just sucks nowadays) Transformers GI Joe Hercules Mr. Dressup You Can't Do That On Television Boomerang The Electric Company The Smurfs Reading Rainbow Loony Tunes of course After School Special, lol
...... Although I much preferred the shows that weren't just for kids. CHiPs, Magnum PI, The A-Team, Fantasy Island, Silver Spoons, Diff'rent Strokes, The Facts of Life, Three's Company, The Love Boat, Miami Vice, etc. That what I mostly watched from a really young age unless you're talking Saturday morning.

You never really had to begin with.
Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.
