if you do a sprint tri, you shouldn't have to train, assuming you are in average shape (I mean anymore than your usual work out routine).

yeah..i think i would have to do some more training before attempting a marathon..Im in a great shape but I think i can use improvement. It's just one of those things that probably feels great accomplishing.

oh sorry, I misread your's with the other guy's. yeah you have to train for a marathon, that'a a whole different can of worms. I've done some half marathons, but I can't devote so much of my life to running, I like to have variety in the exercise I get.

    Just do it!

Last week I sang Smile, Idiot Boyfriend by Jimmy Fallon, All My Love by Led Zeppelin and Girls Just Wanna Have Fun by Cyndi Lauper (that one was a big mistake). It was so much fun. Everybody is laughing at me because I make it really funny and it's just a good ol' time! I did get pissed off, though, because they had the lyrics to Smile wrong, but whatev.
I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.

SET A GOAL FOR YOURSELF - IF YOU need to lose weight - exercise and watch your diet - that's pretty damn challenging if you ask me, especially with kids and a job

or even take a little road trip - try kayaking , mountain biking - go somewhere you haven't been before
As you live your life in sometimes quiet desperation, facing adversity and tragedy: if you have hope and love, that mixture helps you overcome that tragedy and go on with the rest of your life.”
