Selling Food at Roo?

So being a broke college kid that is saving all of his paychecks until Roo I was wondering if I could actually sell food on the campground? Would it be successful if I kept the prices low (enough for me to make profit) and grilled burgers, veggie burgs and hot dogs? It's either food or joints but I wanna go for something that isn't illegal for my first choice.

I'd buy some food from ya. No joints though.

Thats what I'm saying. My buddy thinks it wont work. Oh, and I went to the Culinary Institute of America, so it'll be good.
You've got a lot of high, hungry, semi-poor people walking around. that equals success imo.

you'd have the best luck baking some special brownies.
I've been doing a ton of research about Roo and from what I can tell, there -are- people that sell food but the majority of people give it away. If you get too fancy, it will get shut down for sure.
I'd buy a brownie, for sure!
Thats what I was worried about. I might bake some brownies for personal use too.
I want one!
campground that will provide a variety of interesting, diverse, and reasonably priced food. Vendors in the campground will be providing breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks. The general store will also sell snacks and beverages in addition to sundry items. For health and quality reasons, unauthorized food vendors pose a risk to festival goers. Unauthorized food vendors are not permitted and will be shut down to alleviate that risk.

I'm talking about food, the brownies might be $3, and a joint would be $5-7 if I actually do sell there.
you're going to bring a bunch of weed from NY?

I heard about that, thats why I'm double thinking the joints. Plus my buddies are brining weed (thats for sure) and I'm not, nut if I'm going to get charged too then I might tell them to leave it home. It's not worth the trouble, especially if it stops me from seeing PJ. They will probably still bring them though, unless I take my moms car and if thats the case they can just not go if they bitch about it.

Wow! Crazy crazy crazy. How can every person in a car be charged with possession if only one person has it? Not cool.
Or lie until you get there...
operate during off hours and away from main throughways
dont draw too much attention
water
wraps/grilled sandwiches at night
egg sandwiches/burritos in the am
you will make some coin
and 10,000 grilled cheese sandwiches....
$1 each...
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
Fucking... awesome. I hope they allow non-VIP peeps in the VIP campsite 'cause I wanna get in on that. I spent too much money last year on food and frozen lemonade (probably a good hundred bucks on the $5 lemonades alone).
I think selling food is just fine. Personally, I'm too lazy and would rather be wandering around meeting new people. A lot of people were doing it last year. One dude was selling kiwis, five for a buck! Also saw bartenders walking around with coolers, mixing a variety of drinks often for $2.
Saw ganj cookies too.. like 3 for $2. Cannot wait...
Youre down in the south ....and we don't like you fancy talkin pot smokin hippies round here!
thats the law in NY too, once you reach a larger quantity, they can bust you all for intent to sell also
