Right, inspired by the old advice to eat 3 good square meals a day, let's be good dieticians for each other and suggest 3 good square meals a day.

Remember, these meals must be SQUARE, or consist of as many SQUARES as possible.

I'll start.

Breakfast: two slices of toast (square loaf) followed by a square bowl of shreddies or shredded wheat (also square).

Lunch: Welsh Rarebit (again, using a square loaf AND square slices of cheese)

Dinner: Square potato waffles topped with beans (because not everything can be square).

These can all be accompanied with a beverage of your choice ( though RED SQUARE is recommended) in a square glass, if at all possible.

  • So do you throw the waffle away after you've taken one bite since it's no longer square?

And since a meal is more than just a waffle or a piece of bread, surely it has to include ALL the food on your plate, therefore it will have to be ARRANGED into a square, rather than... okay, I need to find a new passtime. :)

No, on the contrary, these are all good additions to the discussion. Thankyou MCKB, you can sit back down now. :)

Push the squares as far as you can people. Come on, I'm getting a big gullet and I need a square diet.

Ah, see you guys are having a much harder time figuring out square meals than Americans would. In America, many things are processed and square.

    Breakfast: Pop Tarts.
    Lunch: Pizza bites or Lunchables.
    Dinner: Wendys hamburger.
