I've told my course I couldn't go in today.

I feel guilty about it, but I just couldn't do the work and I have to take some time for myself today; I haven't done that at all since I started. I've pushed through my divorce since last September and only now am I reaching burn out. I don't know why I'm writing this here but maybe it's because no one else is listening.

    don't feel guilty. everyone needs time for themselves every now and then and if someone can't understand that then feck them.
