It means "Hell yeah" or "Oh shit" or "Guess What fuckers" or " Oh Man"

i use this term ALL the time. ESPECIALLY when i surprised at something. If its REALLY craz outta control, you'll hear the "ohhhhhhh SUHHHNAP!!!!" from me!
