Ok I found this site mobile17.com and have been making my own ring tones with it. It's great, no more paying! So far I've made:
PJ- In My Tree
PJ- I Got ID
Mad Season- Lifeless Dead and November Hotel (when Mikes guitar solo hits it's peak)
Modest Mouse- Polar Opposites
Man Man- Ice Dogs
NIN- Even Deeper
I have Verizon so it's taken more than one try sometimes but I have gotten all of mine. I have downloaded this program WavePad which comes with switch that I sue to cut a song into the part I want the ringtone to be. And then I convert the WAV (always bigger) into an MP3 and upload it. It's such a cool website.
