I just left my current company after 6 years and I feel really shitty about it.
I had a great mentor who treated me unbelieveably well. However, he'll be retiring soon and I don't trust the people I'd be reporting to after he's gone. I could tell he was devistated when I told him I was going to leave, but I really feel it was the best choice for my future, but man do I feel like shit, i need some cheering up.

Cheer up
To keep you clear of the sun
You've been burned more than once
You don't think much of trust
dont feel bad. do you feel bad for leaving the company, or because its a big step and you feel uncertain about it, and maybe a bit scared?
this could wind up being the best thing you have ever done!!!
good luck.
