Prayers Appreciated

My wife and I have made an offer that has been accepted on a home. This is something we have desired and prayed about for a while now. I feel the Lord truly waited until the right house came along, as everything sort of fell in to place on this one. I ask for your prayers as we undergo the mortgage application process. Please pray we can get approval and a decent interest rate.

Many Thanks,

Bryan

Not sure prayers are the answer... God ain't lending you the money. Just make sure you can pay the monthly mortgage payments and you'll be just fine.
I will wish you good luck.

Do people really pray for better interest rates? What kind of a god would be involved in that? This has to be a joke, right?

I was thinking the same thing...

I wonder of the sellers were praying for a higher offer to come through.

hmmm..as a Christian...I'm not one to pray for things like interest rates. Is this for real?

I mean..asking for prayers to get a good rate??

Not the rate necessarily, more so on getting approval.

    I'm sure bryn_cmbs is serious.
So the best of luck to you.

Hell, if I wanted something bad enough and it's finally showing through, I'd pray to every god and saint that could give me a hand.

I have to say the reactions to his post are gold. :D
