Anyone else ever lived in a Co Op?

Im living in East Lansing, MI now I just moved here from Grand Rapids. I'm living in a Co-Op for the next year and a half. Its a 18 bedroom house with 22 people living in it. So far its been really cool and I feel like I will enjoy myself. I was just wondering if anyone on this board has lived in one before or currently is?
