Need a topic.

I have to write an 800-1000 word essay thats due in two hours. I was wondering if anyone had a fairly easy yet age appropriate topic that I could use? The age group it should concern is 19 - 25 year olds. 800 - 1000 words will only take me about 30 minutes to type out if that but I'm just drawing a blank when it comes to thinking of decent topics to write about. Thanks in advance.

And on the topic of the 19-25 age group, well, I've had ups and downs during those years but I've always managed to stop "procrastinating" and actually pursue my desires, whether they were good or bad. But since I turned 25 last summer, I honestly think I've lost most of my desires from 19-25, other than Pearl Jam's music of course. But the things I did and liked to do are no longer important to me now. To make it worst, I have absolutely no idea about new desires I'm looking for.
Procrastination versus Desire or Motivation versus Procrastination or Needs and Want.
That kind of theme/subject would be my essay right now.
