The New York Daily News is reporting that Clemens had a 10-year affair with the country singer who he met when she was 15 years old. Shockingly, Clemens' camp is denying it. This could get ugly.

    The story would be more interesting if it was Mike Mcready.
    If true, however, Clemens was shtupping a 15 yo as a married 28 yo. Classy.

    Clemens is obviously a bigger dirtbag than I previously thought (which is hard to top). He was my hero when I was a kid. It's tough to see your former idol go down so hard. Obviously he never deserved the hero worship he got from me as a kid...

    Sadly, majority of these guys are dirtbags ! That dates back to the Ruth era

    I can assure you, the joke still stands and is a good one. I hated to see the "swanks" win the year he leaves. It was frustrating to see that. But long live Donnie Baseball.

    No. He became a hitting coach in 2004. He was around during spring training the previous 2 years as an instructor.
