Trying to find a message board about city pictures/skylines etc.

A couple months ago I found this really cool message board where people posted pictures they took of different cities and skylines all over the world. I of course forgot to bookmark the page, and thought I did, and I cannot for the life of me seem to find it. It was a really in depth board, I think each city had it's own subforum on the message board (maybe not). It was kind of along the same setup as this forum, if that helps anyone. I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me on this. Thanks.
EDIT: Never mind, I found it. I was searching for skylines the whole time, and the second i type in skyscrapers, I find it.
Here it is by the way, there's some really cool pics on here. I like to use different scenery pics as my desktop wallpaper, and change it up often, so this site has some cool things to choose from.

PBase? Maybe?
They have some truly amazing pics. Not sure how you go about making them wallpaper but it would be well worth the effort.
