** Just got 1 Ticket for Fridays Phillies Game -- STOKED **

172.50 on ebay , but at least they are pretty good seats compared to some of the rip-offs Ive seen on ebay and stub hub. I dont mind at all paying that kind of price to see some history. I have always told myself that if the Phils EVER hosted the NLCS or world series that I would go to 1 game and here we are. Im gonna be the loudest mofo in that joint . YO J , ROLL ME A BLUNT !!!!!!

Yeah, it looks that way. The Red Sox - Rays game is at 8pm on Friday, so I'm sure they don't want the games competing with each other.

Got my two tickets for section 418 for Thursday night and I don't care how high they are - there isn't a bad seat in that place and at least I'm behind home plate. And $160/ticket isn't that bad compare to the $115 I paid for NLDS tix. Money doesn't mean squat when you see Victorino hit a grand slam off of big bad CC!!

Good for you! Now you get to watch history as Manny and the Dodgers destroy the Phillies.

I have tickets for games 4 and 5 (Monday and Wednesday) at Dodger Stadium. The tickets were $80 each but well worth it. I'm not sure where I'm sitting on Wednesday, but I know that for Monday's game I will be sitting in the second row right next to the bullpen.

Sort of. The bullpens at Dodgers stadium are all the way out by the outfield bleachers, so I'm nowhere near the dugout. But they are the second row from the field.

D'oh...my bad....I don't know why I thought you said dugout in your original thread. The seats I got I got off of StubHub, face value is $80 but they are sold out through the Phillies.

Yeah, phils tickets are going for about 150-200 piece for decent seats. I know I paid a pretty penny, but itll be worth it to see an NLCS game in philly. we arent used to having that luxery.....( how do you spell luxery anyway? )

I'm actually surprised LA's cost of tickets is low since everything else is so high out there. You can't even get into The Bank(we're talkin standing room) without paying $150.

Thats because its been 15 years since the phillies smelled the NLCS.......except last year when they got swept by the rocks

That's a flawed argument. It's been 20 years since the Dodgers reached the NLCS. They had lost previously in the first round a few times since then, but haven't been in the NLCS since Hershiser and Gibson.

That said, I bought tix for Game 1 last night.

Yeah, and what he said about LA in the NLCS. They haven't had this much of a legit shot since '88. Just proves my point that people in LA don't care about sports. I don't care what any of them say, they don't. Not like people here, Boston, NY, etc.

Personnally I plan on going to this NLCS game , then for the world series ( if we make it ) , sitting outside mcfaddens before they open , grabbing a barseat and not moving til the game is over!!
