Like a crockpot or dutch oven?
    NERDS!
  • Pan sear a pork shoulder on all sides over med-high heat and transfer to slow cooker.
Throw some onions in the pan and deglaze with dry white wine or chicken broth, then add a can of green enchilada sauce.
Bring to a boil and pour over pork in slow cooker, cook on low for 6-8 hours.
You can make enchiladas with this or burritos or even tacos.
I really screwed that up. I really Schruted it.

    I'm gonna say crockpot

  • 3-4 lb. chuck roast or 7-bone
    1 packet onion soup mix
    1 can beef broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup

You can throw these in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours with whatever veggies of your choice. We usually do onions & carrots.
Also, for more flavor the meat can be pan seared first.

Do what Crazy Mary said with any type of meat really and season with whatever you like. Crock Pot recipes are nice like that. You could do a Pot roast with potatoes, carrots, onion.

I think I did an all veggie recipe once and made soup. It was so easy!

A nicely seasoned brisket would be good here as well.

My friend was going to see Eddie last night. Since he was in Vegas, I gave him 5 Grand to gamble with. I told him I wanted it all to go on Black. Bastard! PhillyCrownOfThorns-11-2-12
