has anyone here ever got too excited to log in an IM to chat with someone only to find out that she/he is not logged in? :(

just what how i feel right now.

    I used to... but now I just text him instead ;)
    Been to this many PJ shows: Reading 2006 London 2007 Manchester & London 2009 Dublin, Belfast, London, Nijmegen & Berlin 2010 Manchester 1 & Manchester 2 2012...

    ... and I still think Drive-By Truckers are better.

    yeah. but im not that important to that person anymore so whenever i log in, i know they arent gonna be there. :(

    yep...I used to...and then when he would log in I would get butterflies in my stomach :o we progressed to the phone a long time ago and haven't chatted in months...which has been really good for my nerves!

    Yes been there! After 2 years of chatting he moved in with me, a year later we were engaged, and in 16 days we are getting married :) I still get butterflies when I see him log in, or my phone rings and it's him (he is a sound guy and tours so he is gone a lot.....).
