    Eric Johnson tour manager. At Spreckeles Eddie said he had been hanging out with him in SD. He works for Neil Young now

    yeah now that you say that i remember then worrying rather or not my favorite band was going to be around the next day. not a good feeling. :(

    thats eric jhonson....i have that pic hanging in my room!!! that is called the power circle...i got it from lance mercer....he signed it and i got eric jhonson to sign it!!!

    Didn't they do the "power circle" before every show?

    If anyone's seen the movie Almost Famous, there's a part before the first Stillwater show where the band gets in a circle like that and pulls in the young journalist assigned to cover them. Cameron Crowe (who wrote the movie, from his experience writing for Rolling Stone) based that on one time that Ed pulled him into the PJ huddle before a Lollapalooza show.

    I am going to see STP next week...and I still get "that feeling" about Weiland...I hope he can be one of those who make it...I think it has been a hard road for him.
