    Well I really have to go!

    Anyone know of a way to go fast? Laxatives take too long. And I don't want caffeine cuz then I will be up all night. I would like to go within the next hour because soon it is time for my antibiotics. And I need to have gone before then. :eek:

    I also found going for a walk helps, at least 30 minutes, best about 45-60 minutes, by the time I am getting back to my house, I am feeling a rush to the bathroom is needed

    i'm not sure exactly what it is....but the taste is horrible and it really messed me up! i think i had 2 teaspoons and my stomach rumbled for the next 2 days. i think that's only if you're desperate! but i was 4 so with my little body and 2 teaspoons it was probably overkill....
