I am heading out to Salt Lake City for a ski trip in January... i was thinking of staying off the mountains and have my choice of ski destinations within a 30 minutes drive time. i have 3 1/2 days to ski... my plan was this:
Park City on Friday- 1/2 day session plus night skiing
Alta on Saturday
Snobird on Sunday
Deer Valley on Monday
does this sound like im hitting the best spots? Does anyone receommend anything else? Also any recommendations on places to eat and party would be great... in the Salt Lake City area is fine as well...
thanks in advance-

I lived there for 3 winters. It's the best place for skiing in the US IMO.
Park City is fun, good Apres Ski place and the funnest place to Party in Utah.
I'd skip Deer Valley. Expensive and Snooty. I would also do either snowbird or Alta on Monday and maybe get the combo pass that let's you ride the bird and Alta on one ticket.
If you can, check out Powder Mountain in Ogden It is open fields of powder and Aspens.
For hanging out downtown hit up O'Shucks, Port O'call, and the Twilight (seedy pub)
Pm me if you need more info. Have Fun!
Fantastic... thanks for the heads up!
