Anybody remember when this was the trend back in the late 90's? Remember how the backs would drag all over the ground and get ripped up?

One of the worst trends ever. Thank god I am at the age now where I will not just follow any trend. You know these will make a comeback someday and I will just stick with my regular jeans when they do.

I'm short, my jeans still do that. The worst is in winter, a combination of getting ripped up and getting salt all over them.

What is the point of having the opening of a pocket at the top of your ass and the bottom at the heel of your fucking foot?

"Hey man, you got your wallet?"

"Nah. I got oars and a canoe though."

no no no... much different... bellbottoms didn't have the stupid ass pockets and they weren't cartoonishly "wide" throughout the leg

(sheepishly) I kinda like the bell bottom style... in fact I think most jeans today are sort of "bell bottomish." Well... with the exception of the new FAD, the skinny leg jean with the huge sneakers popping out.

But yeah, most of my jeans are "boot cut" which look a lot like bell bottoms!

keep tellin yourself that! the 90s is ancient history if you look at how much we've "progressed" since then with technology, communication, etc

  • Ha I remember those. If I recall it was the "ravers" who wore those. I never liked them.... really ugly and looked uncomfortable.

Bellbottoms are pretty different IMO. They are tight through the thighs and it's just the bottom that balloons out. I still kind of like those too.

this is a bit unfair - im a bit short, and all my jeans drag on the ground unless i wear skinny leg jeans, and as any short girl will tell you - short and skinny leg are not a mix to be attempted in public
