Never seen Padre Amaro. City Of God is AWESOME.

Amores perros is pretty good too, worth seeing.

I like city of god -- because it shows a a small art of a big problem, how young men are being killed, joining gangs, what the govt and the world is doing to make the situation worse, but also shows the human ability to try and succeed

padre amaro I like because it shows religious corruption which should be an ongoing dialogue, along with highlighting the need of better health services (mental, physical)


much more to both but that is what pops out for me
