after three years i quit (to keep my other job and go to school full time)... they asked me to stay, so i'm doing a few inventory shifts next month but tomorrow is officially the last day i [sarcasm]get the pleasure[/sarcasm] of dealing with cantankerous bitchy women who can't read signs or people who want to return used shit from 3 years ago or impatient rude and sometimes racist people or middle aged women wanting a sale who think they can intimidate me because i am young and look like its my first job that i've only had for 3 minutes.
to be fair, a lot of customers are great. but with an underpaying job and a plethora of other places i could work at and having another job already, i find it hard NOT to defend myself without holding my tongue to people who are rude for no reason...
i WILL miss the people i work with though (the only reason i stuck around) but its time to move on...
sucks to you JP Morgan, and sucks to your high interest sears card that i never bother asking people if they want
and sucks to you boss for shitty pay, sucks to your turnover and because of that, sucks to the fact that 50% of your kids dept who knows the baby furniture and how to get into the inventory system is quitting tomorrow (yep, i'm not being arrogant, seriously- only me and my dept lead actually know all the ins and outs of the department!) and sucks to no one recycling at that bloody place, JERKS!!!!! *runs away with glee*
